Each masterclass begins with a couple of welcome snack selections from The Odd Duck, followed by a chef-led demonstration. Feeling brave? Step up and get involved: there will be opportunities for guests to volunteer and participate in the cooking demonstration alongside the chef.
And the experience doesn’t end when class does. Each guest will take home a packed portion of ingredients and prepped components to finish and enjoy the final dish at home, designed to serve two people.
Fresh Pasta: learn the art of making fresh orecchiette, paired with Odd Duck’s canned tomatoes in a simple, light tomato and pecorino sauce, finished with fragrant herb oil and quick-pickled fennel.
