UWAG presents Abraham Oghobase: Notes to Self: Offerings on History and Memory, alongside Laura Moore: Handheld.
Oghobase investigates how photographic images shape memory and history through mixed-media installations that respond to tensions within both the personal and the historical archive. Moore’s multidisciplinary work is rooted in a fascination with obsolete technology and a commitment to repurposing materials.
The exhibit will begin on Thursday September 10 with an opening reception 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. It will be on display during regular museum hours (Wednesday thru Saturday 12:00 PM - 5:00 pm) until December 5, 2026.
