Join local artist Trevor Clare for a special evening at The Walper Hotel celebrating the launch of The Art of Nostalgia II, the second volume in his celebration of the places, stories and shared memories that make Waterloo Region home.
Hosted by Mike Farwell, the evening will bring together art, storytelling, live music and a silent auction.
Presented in collaboration with the Waterloo Regional Health Network Foundation, the evening also marks a meaningful full-circle moment in Trevor’s story. Six years ago, the care he received through the local hospital system during a mental health crisis helped set him on an unexpected creative path. Trevor will share the story behind the new book and unveil a new artwork of St. Mary’s General Hospital, a longtime community landmark featured within it.
