Roots & Wisdom is a free 6-week program created for Black seniors across Cambridge and Waterloo Region. Join us for a welcoming space centred on connection, culture, storytelling, wellness and community.
Through meaningful conversations, creative activities, music, shared experiences and more, we’ll celebrate the stories, knowledge and voices within our community.
