Organized by Waterloo Public Library (Main)
Join us in a welcoming, judgment-free space for another special evening of poetry and connection. Whether you’re a seasoned poet or sharing your work for the very first time, this is your chance to present original writing in a supportive atmosphere. Prefer to simply listen and soak in the words? That’s perfectly fine too, everyone is welcome.
Tea and light refreshments will be provided.
How It Works
Registration is required for both readers and listeners.
Registration closes at 3:00 PM on the day of the program so the reading list can be finalized.
Participants who would like to read must indicate this during registration.
Due to the program's popularity, readings are limited to the first 25 registered readers.
If more than 25 participants sign up to read, those beyond the limit will be contacted within two business days. If you are not contacted, please assume you have a reading spot.
Each reader may share up to five minutes of original work.
