Join our special Menopause Café with special guest Amalia Kartsonas from the podcast What the Pause?!

This empowering workshop covers nutrition and exercise for those in midlife and menopause. What worked in your 30s and 40s won’t work the same in your 50s! Participants will learn how fluctuating hormones influence muscle mass, metabolism, energy, recovery, appetite, sleep and body composition. Amaila will also discuss the nutrients needed at this stage for overall health and longevity, emphasizing strength, sustainable habits and realistic strategies! You will leave feeling motivated, capable and excited to build a stronger, healthier next chapter.
