Come take a stroll with the FS8 Uptown Waterloo team! Whether you’re already part of our growing fitness community, looking to sign up, or simply want to meet some friendly local faces, you’re invited to join us for our Sip, Stroll & Social.
The Route & Details:
Meeting Point: FS8 Uptown Waterloo (54 Bridgeport Road E, Waterloo)
Parking: Free parking is available nearby at 18 Bridgeport Road E, Waterloo
We will head out from the studio, stroll down the Laurel Trail and up the Spurline Trail over to Cafe Pyrus Outpost, and walk back together. A hot coffee or tea waiting for you at the midpoint, one hot coffee or tea per person on us!
Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate layers for a fall morning.
Community Give-Back: Cafe Pyrus Outpost is home to a Community Fridge, which helps support local community members in need. If you’re able, bring a non-perishable food item (or pantry staple) on the walk! We’ll carry them together and drop them off when we arrive at Cafe Pyrus Outpost.
