SPECTRUM offers a weekly group for youth aged 18-30. This is an opportunity for young people to connect for discussions, networking, and fun with a goal of increasing participants' sense of belonging and mental wellness. The group will meet on Tuesdays at 7pm at the Downtown Kitchener Community Centre.
